Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through mydocther.com and related services operated by Doctor Corp. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing products or services through our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Products Eligible for Refund

Refunds are available only for eligible products purchased directly through mydocther.com.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from mydocther.com
  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The product must be returned in accordance with our return instructions, if requested

Products Not Eligible for Refund

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened
  • Products that have been used or partially used
  • Products not purchased directly from mydocther.com
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, clinics, or resellers
  • Products returned without prior authorization, if authorization is required
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

Subscription Orders

Certain products may be offered on a subscription or recurring delivery basis.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Doctor Corp. or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at the interval selected at checkout unless and until you cancel.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account, if available, or by contacting us at support@mydocther.com.

Cancellation requests apply to future recurring orders only. Orders that have already been processed, billed, or shipped as part of a subscription are not eligible for cancellation or refund except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy.

If a subscription product is eligible for refund under this Refund Policy, it must still meet all refund requirements, including being unopened and purchased directly from mydocther.com.

Telehealth Services

Telehealth consultations or related services made available through our app or platform may be provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals.

All telehealth services are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for telehealth consultations, appointments, completed visits, missed appointments, or other telehealth-related services, except where required by applicable law.

Pharmacy Products

Certain prescription items, pharmacy products, or treatment-related products may be dispensed, fulfilled, or shipped by licensed third-party pharmacies.

Doctor Corp. does not issue refunds for telehealth prescriptions or pharmacy-dispensed products.

Refunds, returns, replacements, or other issues relating to pharmacy-dispensed items are governed by the applicable pharmacy’s policies and by pharmacy laws and regulations.

Doctor Corp. does not manufacture, dispense, or ship prescription medications and is not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party pharmacies.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible product, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for your refund request

If your request is approved, we may provide return instructions before a refund is processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was shipped or the item arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all approved returns. Doctor Corp. is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage in order to review the issue.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged or that an incorrect item was shipped, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase unless otherwise required by law.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error.

Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any refund may be reduced by shipping charges, return shipping charges, and other costs incurred by Doctor Corp., where permitted by law.

Chargebacks

If you have a question about a charge or order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution of your issue. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe are inconsistent with this Refund Policy or the facts of the transaction.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
